All Shipping occurs on business days only unless otherwise specified. Please note that a processing period of up to 24 hours may be applied. All orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed the next business day. We post all orders usually within one business day of placing order. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. If you place an order on Friday afternoon, item will be shipped on Monday.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

We carry all of our products in-stock in our warehouse, so when placing your order online you will know what is available for immediate shipping. All in-stock orders will be packaged and shipped within 1 business day of receipt of your payment. The average order will take 6-11 business days to arrive to Europe Union residents, and 10-21 days to worldwide residents. These shipping times are an ESTIMATE only and are not guaranteed. Transit time may vary, particularly during peak periods.

Yes, you are able pickup order in our shopstore. Merchandise is stored in sealed packing in warehouse ready to be shipped or pickuped.
Return procedures:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item in its original and unworn condition within 30 days after your receive it for credit to your account, exchange, or adjustment. Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded.
Merchandise should be carefully packed and shipped via traceable means in order to verify receipt and be eligible for refund. We advise you to insure the items before shipping as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. You are also responsible for any return charges. Regular shipping charges apply to all exchanges.
All requests will be processed after our Returns Department carefully inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately 5 business days to process once the item is received.
