Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

We carry all of our products in-stock in our warehouse, so when placing your order online you will know what is available for immediate shipping. All in-stock orders will be packaged and shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your payment. Most orders leave our warehouse the next business day! Occasionally, we experience a delay in receiving an order from our vendors. In the event of a website stock error and an item is unavailable or back-ordered, we we will contact you prior to shipping your order.
The average order will take 2-10 business days to arrive to CEurope Union residents, and 10-14 days to worldwide residents. These shipping times are an ESTIMATE only and are not guaranteed. If you do not receive your parcel by the indicated "delivery standard" time as noted on your tracking email, please allow an additional 1-2 days before contacting us, particularly during busy holiday times. Can I track my order?
We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, TNT, DHL) as well as local postal services (Lithuania Post) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. Tracking details are always included in your Orders Details page as well as on the shipping email we send you.
Do you deliver to APO, FPO and DPO addresses?
Yes; however, due to the nature of these services, it may take more than 45 business days to receive your order. If possible, we recommend using a civilian address.

Why is delivery taking so long?
International parcels have to be processed through customs and this may cause a delay at times. We cannot foresee the rate of speed these government agencies will take.
Are there any duties or taxes upon delivery?
Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. Most items clear customs with no hassle. However we cannot forsee or be held responsible for imposed taxes or other charges, shipments that are seized by customs officials, or seized for any duties, VAT, etc levied on our shipments by foreign governments.
Can I collect order in person?
Yes, you are able pickup order in our shopstore. Merchandise is stored in sealed packing in warehouse ready to be shipped or pickuped.
